Barbora Williams

Human Resources Manager

Barbora Williams has been with Financial Affairs since 1999 performing human resources and general administration duties.

Her role as human resources manager involves performance management, compliance and financial accounts.

Barbora migrated to Australia from Czech Republic in 1989 and worked in travel industry for 10 years.

Barbora is proud to be part of a team which delivers service to our clients with the up most integrity with high technical financial planning skills.

Our team takes pride in our culture and gets the job done with a smile on our faces.

Jane Planincic

Client Service Administrator

Jane has recently returned to work after 7 years off as a full-time mum. Her work experience prior to her break includes working in IT for American Express in the UK and Anderson Consulting (now known as Accenture) in Australia. Jane currently works Part Time as a member of the Client Service Administration team.

Karen Monea

Client Service Administrator

Karen has been employed in the Financial Services industry since 1996 and is not far from completing her Diploma of Financial Planning.  Karen is currently employed fulltime in the Client Services Administration Team and provides a value add to all clients with her hands on approach and experience in the financial Services & Insurance industry.  Karen has a deep knowledge of the client base and handles many client, accountant and fund manager requests & queries.

Shimmy Zhou

Client Service Administrator

Shimmy joined Financial Affairs in 2010. She has completed a Bachelor degree of Psychology and Marketing at Monash University with distinction average; and a Master degree of International Business at La Trobe University with high distinction average. She speaks four languages including English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese. Her work experience prior to Financial Affairs includes working in Marketing for Applied Biosystems and Foresee Education Group in Australia. Shimmy has strong interest in the finance industry and currently works full time as a member of the Client Service Administration team.
